ABOUT US
What is Artopeia?
“Artopeia” is free app designed to use art to help people around the world. It is a marketplace where art lovers come together to share and give back through artworks. We want to encourage artists to put their artwork out there. Since COVID has affected the world greatly, we want to be able to give back. We hope to use the artists’ artworks to raise money for education in the arts. Not only will users enjoy the artworks from around the world, but they also support a cause that is important to all of us.
How is Artopeia Solving the Problem?
Many children or young adults around the world are struggling to get arts education. Many families do not have the resources and money for it. At the same time, many artists, especially new and upcoming artists are struggling to start their careers during COVID 19. We created an application that can benefit both. We encourage artists to fundraise to a cause that is important while also giving the artists more exposure through the app.

Artists are able to donate to their charity of choice that focuses on arts education. We hope to give everybody a chance to express themselves creatively.
CLOTHING CHOICES FOR ARTISTS
Artists can choose to have their artwork printed on t-shirts or tote bags to share and raise more money. No extra costs needed from them!
AR FUNCTION FOR USERS
User can see what the artists' artwork would look like in their living space before purchasing.
How It Works
TO BEGIN
First, you need to sign in to our app. You can create an account if you are new to our app. All you need to do is enter your email address and password. It's very simple! Now you can begin browsing through different kinds of arts anytime, where.
Home Page
This is our home page. You can see some of the latest and featured artwork from all over the world. You can also see artworks and updates from artists you follow. The home button is located in the bottom tabs for easy access.
Explore Page
This is the explore page. Here you can search for any mediums of art you are interested in. You can also search for artists who might be on the app. We have categorized some of the mediums, such as photography, sculpture, paintings, etc for easy access as well.
Upload Page
This is the upload page artists. Artists will fill in the information about their artwork. After that, they have the option to choose if they want the artwork to be printed on a t-shirt or tote bag to raise more money without an extra fee. Lastly, they will choose the charity they want to donate to.
DONATION PAGE
When users found an artwork they are interested in purchasing, it will land them on this page where they can find all the information about the artwork. This includes the artist, name of artwork, price & their charity of choice. If users need more time to consider, they can "like" to save the artwork in their "like" collection or follow the artists. If not, they can purchase the artwork right away!
Augmented Reality
This AR feature allows users to view their artwork that they are interested in purchasing in their living space. No matter the time, day or night, this gives users a better idea of the size and colours before purchasing!
OUR SHIPPING PROCESS
Made Easy For Everyone
For artists who want to raise more money or find more creative ways to sell their artwork, we give artists the option to have their own t-shirts or tote bags. We will send the print directly to our manufacturer and send it back to the artists when it is done. The artists will deliver all shipments to the consumer. This way, the artists can review and approve everything before it is shipped out. It is important for artists to have control of their artworks and be involved in making all the decisions.
